This post would be more for the juniors of the band. :
Hey, the seniors of the band know that it is not easy for all of you to play/do things like how we do now. But please, don't ever give up halfway. All of you are great musicians with ALOT of potential. No matter how much screaming, shouting, 'torturing', punishments your seniors give you, please don't think that they are going against you. All of you(juniors) are very lucky to have so much seniors helping/coaching you. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. When your seniors scold you, it's for your own good. They care for you that's why they do all these screaming/shouting. They will not even bother about you if they don't care at all. Take all the scoldings from your seniors and slowly improve the wrongdoings that you did. We all know that it is not easy but you have to give it a try! The reason why your seniors get angry with you sometimes because all of you don't understand that competition is coming and the effort that they(seniors) put in to coach/tutor you. They get angry too because you do not know when is the time to play and when is the time to be serious. The seniors are here to help you. Let's work hard together as a band together and move forward. Last but not least, do not ever give up. Giving up without trying is a wrong thing to do. Your seniors are here for you.
Have a great day.
